Watching the BBC world cup streams from out of the UK??

I know that the British BBC is going to live stream all the World Cup as well as Wimbledon games for UK residents.
I live in Belgium - is there ant chance of seeing it here? Can I mess around with my Server provider settings and how do i do it?

you can change your IP/proxy, so it's possible, but i don't know exacly how to do it.
