TV Ants problem

Whenever I try and play a channel on TV Ants it says 'Tvants failed to open the channel with the internal player. Would you please try the system default media player?' When it tries to play it through windows media player it then says ' Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the specified protocol is not supported. If you typed a URL in the Open URL dialog box, try using a different transport protocol (for example, "http:" or "rtsp:").' I'm not very clever when it comes to stuff like this so was hoping someone could help me out because I want to watch channels on TV Ants but can't. Thanks.

Which version of WMP do you have?

Windows Media Player 11

TVAnts doesn't work with WMP11 .... you have to go back to version 9 or 10.

I changed back to Winows media player 10 and had the exact same problem
