Hardware requirements

Hi,

I´m currentely streaming through my laptop and Hava(Slingbox) which is hardely effective. That´s why I´m considering buying a desktop PC. It just has to be a Desktop which I could controll with my laptop through a network.

Which requirements are needed to get a good stream? I guess I also need a TV-card and if possible I would like to do multiple streams at the same moment. I might consider setting up a 24/7 stream of NASN.

Neadless to say I´m looking for the cheapest alternative.

Hey THERE HOW CAN IBROADCAST FROM THIS SITE? I HAVE THE HARDWARE AND EVRYTHING BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO BROADCAST HERE.I'VE DONE IT IN JTV BUT THAT SITE RUNS TO SLOW ....ANY ADVISE?

Upload speed is no problem but I need the exact definition of "a good" computer. :)
