a TV-tuner? Anybody know the cheapest stores to buy one, other then ebay? Also, do i need and antenna for it even if my regular tv is cable and not satellite? And if i do need and antenna, where is the cheapest place to find one?

Ebay is most definetly the best place to buy a TV card unless you find one on sale in a shop or on amazon. You dont have to have an antenna because you can use a composite cable to bring it to the tv card. Antenna is probably better because you dont have all the cables but generally it only picks up freeview channels. You can find a cheap antenna just about anywhere like argos for about a tenner max.
