Hello,
I'm new to this site and haven't really figured out how to navigate correctly. I live in California, so do I set the Time zone for -8? Then when I do this it says the game is on from 4.00 - 6.00. Does this mean Iit'll be on at 4AM on Sunday morning?
Please help. I don't want to miss it!!

Yes that's correct, if you got a timezone offset of -8 hours then the game is at 4am in the morning. The game starts at 13:00 local time, which is 14:00CET, and 7:00EST (7am).

If you are 8 hours behind the uk,the game will kick off at 5am your time.
KO=1PM uk time
[4am would mean mid day kick off]
