TV Ants

Hey all

I'm completely new to this site and P2P TV in general so forgive me for my ignorance.

I'm trying to download TV Ants but the site seems to be down.


I tried downloading it from here TvAnts - Download (http://tvants.en.softonic.com/)

On the free download link it says that the link seems to be broken and they say I can download if I pay them.

Is this a problem that I have to wait out or is there a different download location?

uninstall ur version of tvants fully and install da new version

Thanks I got the thing working but for some reason the video gets stuck in a buffering loop. It loads the video plays for like 2-3 seconds and then stops and goes back to buffering, any idea on a fix?

That could be a stream that isn't currently running. You are most likely just getting the remaining buffer from a previous stream. Click on the search tab in the main tvants window & try a stream that has an active audience & quality above 50.

Hey all!
I've been with the myp2p enjoying baseball since the beginning of the season. Several days ago I started using another PC for internet connection and it turned out that tv ants won't work here (the screen is pink and orange and I can see only the vague picture of the game) though all the other players work fine. I reinstalled tv ants several times, installed latest codec pack but it still won't work. The worst thing is that I'm about to miss Red Sox-Yankees series))) If anybody had this problem or knows how to solve it I'll appreciate your help a lot.

@komaros: I don't have an answer for that, but have you tried viewing it with VLC instead? I don't think codec's have anything to do with mms p2p streams like tvants.

The good news is, NESN's VP5 now uses Stream Torrent & not tvants. Look in the essentials area in the First Post of the streaming thread for info on using VLC & ST.

Normally pink and weird colors is an older WMP issue, try upgrading to WMP10, it used to happen with WMP9 ;)
Or opening with VLC might fix it indeed.

Appreciate your help. I'll try and install WMP10, maybe that will solve the problem. As to VLC: how can I watch tv ants links with it? I have VLC installed, probably this will be easier?

Both things worked for me and now I can use tv ants again!!!
