Have you done this already?:

General tip for Windows XP Users;
You can easy help this by using 1 of the 3 options, the first 3 are a download of a external program, easy and fast.
http://www.lvllord.de/download.php?url=en/EvID4226Patch223d-en.zip (http://www.lvllord.de/download.php?url=en/EvID4226Patch223d-en.zip)
http://www.ultrashare.de/f/4471/betterSP2.zip (http://www.ultrashare.de/f/4471/betterSP2.zip)

If you got PPMate on your PC, it's easier:

Startup PPMate.
With Version 1 .7.33 --> Click right mouse on the PPMate Icon --> TCP/IP Patch or select it from Options.
With the new Beta Version 2.0.0.x --> run XP TCP patch under "tools".
General tip for Windows Vista Users;
A few tools to try for Vista: Link 1 (http://www.mydigitallife.info/2007/09/01/vistatcppatch-windows-vista-tcp-half-open-limit-auto-patcher-gui-version/) or Link 2 (http://www.mydigitallife.info/2007/04/09/windows-vista-tcpipsys-connection-limit-patch-for-event-id-4226/) . Another tool to try of the first 2 don't work is the other patch: Softpedia Download (http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/TCP-IP-Limit-AutoPatch-Download-72536.html) . ( Info (http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Network-Tweak/TCP-IP-Limit-AutoPatch.shtml%20page) page )
For more info or feedback please look here: http://www.myp2pforum.eu/sopcast/8250-sopcast-vista-myp2p-link-fix.html (http://www.myp2pforum.eu/sopcast/8250-sopcast-vista-myp2p-link-fix.html)
Now all P2P programs will run faster and the loading/buffering will also go faster.

Also make sure your upload speed (if you don't know what your exact speeds are, test it here (http://www.speedtest.net) ;)), is good enough to watch the stream, otherwise you might/will probably ruin it for other viewers, and eventually for yourself as well ;).

Hope that helps :).

hi dan, the main things iv used over the years to get better quality is MyP2P.eu :: Pixelfusion Guide, your best guide for Pixelfusion (http://myp2p.eu/softwareitem.php?softwareid=19&part=software) and the speed of my internet connection 10mb is more than enough. and also the TCP patch at the top of the software page MyP2P.eu :: P2P TV Software Overview, free P2P TV (http://myp2p.eu/software.php?part=software)

Thank you for your responses...i did download and install the TCP patch.
However i could not get the better SP2 download, im running SP3, the operation was aborted.
I did check my speed at the link provided and my download is only 3.61 mb!! I have a cable connection through Roadrunner....what can i do to get this faster?

Much thanks again

phone up your provider (Roadrunner) and ask if the will offer a faster speed... if not you could switch provider
