Made this as it was requested Portable PPLive 1.9[English] and it does not update its self to new Chinese version as ive set the sandbox to delete after use.

Download: Portable PPLive 1.9[English].rar (http://www.multiupload.com/2G2NNY4CNC) ;)

This way you can watch the English premier League channels.

Add VLC as default player instead of WMP (Option/Players Settings/X:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe), then right click on the screen choose 'Play with default player(D)'

Should work ;)

Just Downloaded and tested again as i deleted the original by accident and i can still say its English. :confused:

If your interface is not English look at the screenshot above and navigate to the first menu button and scroll down to the 3rd bit of text and then the 4th bit of text, that will make it English and not Chinese. But if you mean the channels are still Chinese i cant help that i dont broadcast them. ;)

Strange :confused: tell the truth mate i would not bother with this version as there is very few channels compared to the newer version. Only thing this has going for it is its English.

hi

i has used 1.9 with Favorites and it was more stable then the latest PPLive 2.3.x..
That needs lots of cpu for me.

but i lost my old version which i maked or added lots of Sports Channels to Favorites.
And my 1.9 updates every time to the latest.

In the older version you open the ProductUpdate.dll in notepad and delete all the content and save it.

Thanks, last time i deleted the ProductUpdate.dll but then PPLive doesnt more worked correct.


Its works now PPLive 1.9 real bether no more update probs :).

please help, how to add channel and watch ?

Never tried it in a while maybe the channels have ended now in this version and there was not many to start with. :(

just put pplive back on my pc for the first time in nearly 3 years good to see the sports channels back whenever they did come back.

Doesn't seem to work at all under Windows 7 x64. It just crashes as soon as I open it.

Doesnt work for me too on XP x64. Must have to do with emulated 32 bit layer.

I get a message saying "This Program has to close. It has been logged in crash.log"

Hi ddm i get the same problem win7 64 bit Had to do a restore this morning after installing the full version saturday dont want to install it again.
