I think I understand the rules if you cant past links to other sites then why are links to Justin TV and Ustream allowed?

OK so I have a forum where I have different channels and other things. If I post a direct link to channel its OK?

You will have to contact Admin first, he is on Msn

But it is allowed to post direct links to Justin Tv and U-stream, but if they are on your site, you will have to talk to the boss.
