HELP!!! itshidden vpn not working

i'm new to vpn's and don't know much about the technicalities of vpn's.
i am running windows xp pro sp3 and connect to internet through lan with a proxy. the proxy server employed by our administrator is squid.
i use ultravpn to access full internet. but i want to use itshidden vpn. the problem is that i can connect to ultravpn only through its stealth servers that accept communication over tcp (as i have to use proxy; which in our case is squid http). now itshidden does not have an interface like ultravpn (which uses openvpn gui) where i can put the proxy, also it seems they don't have stealth servers like ultravpn.
is there a way i can connect to itshidden vpn on my network?
i really want to, as ultravpn doesn't allow torrents.

Some VPN allow you to connect through another VPN, thus giving you a new IP but in the case of ItsHidden this is not the case. You'd have to uninstall other VPN's in order to use ItsHidden and get a Dutch IP. In fact I found a lot of problems when I allowed ItsHidden to remain on my computer when I had another VPN installed.

Quite simple is to uninstall and then uninstall and reinstall your other VPN when you want to change.
