Can't connect - Stream Torrent (expired)

I'm getting a pop up error:

"Sorry. The Stream Torrent software on your machine has expired. Please download a new version...Do you want to visit the download site now"

Then there is a Yes or No button - when I click Yes the page that loads says "This Website is temporarily unavailable" - I've been getting that error since last nite.

Temp Fix: Change your computer date to Dec. 1, 2010. Now manually open Stream Torrent or click on a ST link. Once ST has loaded, you may change your date back to the current date. You must do this every time you completely close ST in your tasktray.

Are you sure that page is good? Kaspersky AV is giving me an error of "Detected: HEUR:Trojan.Script.Iframer". And it's been 5 minutes and the page hasn't finished loading yet.

Also, I thought Stream Torrent was free - every link on that page asked to select a paid account option?

Well, maybe it was free and easy for you whenever you downloaded it but it ain't free and easy now.

Rapidshare(it's not free) keeps telling me to try again later, well, later has been two or three days now. The others options are not free either but at least they don't continue telling be to try later.

I've got Vista and I've spent hours reading the forums/trying but I still don't have a streamtorrent. Your sig.(StreamTorrent 1.0 Build 0069 is wearing me out) doesn't help me at all.

Hotfile downloaded(thanks for the link), great, easy and free. Then I thought I had it but when I clicked on a game/stream, I got the "Untitled" = no game.

During the install I got a "can't write," message so I copied...
C:\Users\$Account Name$\AppData

That seemed to work, it installed but still no stream.

Trust me mate its no phishing i use Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites! (http://www.multiupload.com) because you get loads of people who cant use certain upload sites so this makes it easier for me as it gives them the option where to download from. :)

I'm still getting untitled" when I click on a game/streamtorrent which is mostly a blank gray screen. I can't watch the game.

The "can't write" and/or "abort" was the message I got but corrected(I believe).

My norton antivirus was blocking part of it(my new "hotfile" streamtorrent), but I unblocked it. Sadly, that didn't help me. What should I do/try now?

As I mentioned before, I have MS Vista.

My "hotline" streamtorrent is on my desktop but when I open it it's mostly a blank white screen with only File, Edit, View, Tools, and Help at the top and below that "Genre" all(0) and "Name." The blank white is below "Name." I doubt that all means much? My previous streamtorrent that unfortunately expired was never on my desktop.

I have the hotline streamtorrent, now what? I still can't see a game, I only get "untitled" when I click to watch.

I can watch some NFL games via veetle but not streams or the NFL game I want. Surprisingly, the game I want has TVant options(some/most games don't have that option) but both of them say "Please Wait While Buffering." I guess I'll have to watch other games via veetle.:(

Veetle is great but I sure do wish I knew what to do to get my "hotline" streamtorrent working.

Let me take that back, Veetle just went down. Wait, the 3rd Veetle option is working but I'm hearing a knock, knock, knock. Strange!

Gosh, that is irritating. Does anyone know what the KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK is???

I figured out the knocking, it occurs when people post messages/chat while watching a game. I turned off the sound over there but thankfully I can still hear the game.

Streamtorrent help/connection still needed.

When you try playing a stream in StreamTorrent does it just keep saying 'bufferig' or 'connecting'?

No, that was for tvants. My "hotline" streamtorrent that I downloaded/installed which is on my desktop/MS Vista simply says "untitled" when I try to connect. Basically, it's just a gray screen.

Like i said yesterday a ScreenShot would be nice as i dont get what you mean.

Press the Print Screen Sys Rq Button top right on your keyboard, then open up mspaint and press Ctrl and V now save it and upload it to TinyPic (http://tinypic.com) or ImageShack (http://www.imageshack.us/).

When you have uploaded it you will see a direct link to your image URl, copy that then reply back to this thread hit the Insert Image button(looks like a picture) now paste that direct link to your image in there and click ok now Submit Reply. :)

Thanks for that easy fix !! It's been annoying me for months that I haven't been able to use StreamTorrent.... now it's back to it's usual best.
