The bucks have won 7 of their last ten, supporting my mid season analysis that the Bucks were starting to play well. They host Detroit tomorrow night and then go on the road Wednesday night at New Jersey to finish up this part of season prior to the all star break.

If they can get these two criticle games, the Bucks would be just one game under .500 entering all star weekend. Center Andrew Bogut (16/10) is having his best seaon of his 5 years in the league.

Luc Richard Mbah A Moute has been coming on of late, and with Carlos Delfino stellar play since being benched earlier in the season, the Bucks have been a pesky hard working team.

Brandon Jennings continues to struglle offensively, but his PG skills are paramont to any sucess Milwaukee will have going forward. His Assist to TO ratio is a respectable 2.3 to 6.3.

Newcomer Jerry Stackhouse is starting to get his legs underneath him and is an important part of a bench rotation that leads the EC in bench scoring at 38ppg.

They are not an elite Eastern Conference team by any stretch, but they are as good as any current seeds 5 through 8 at this point and appear to be gettting better every game.

Pistons and Bucks at the Bradley Center. Milwaukee sure needs this one. They are really starting to come around at the right time of the year. They are 7-0 at home in 2010, 16-7 at home overall and are 7-3 their last 10 and have won 5 of their last 6. Everyone on the roster is pushing each other hard, playing hard, and imposing their wills on the teams they should be imposing their will on.

Detroit OTOH is 2-6 their last 8 with both wins against New Jersey. However, they are a very talented team and the Bucks need to be on their A game in order to pull this one out.,

Bogut, Delfino, Mbaha Moute all have been playing strong of late. Thomas, Warrick, Ilyasove, Bell, Ridnour, Jennings and company have all contrbuted in a team type effort thanks to head coach Scott Skiles insistance on sitting those who are lazy.

It certainly has lit a fire under Mbaha Moute, Delfino and Warrick. Jerry Stackhouse is the wildcard as he is slowly rounding in to playing shape having been with the Bucks now for the last ten games.

This will be a good test for Bogut because Ben Wallace has owned him like a red headed step child, and although Wallace is almost washed up, it will still be a good litmus test for young Andrew.

Well, lets hope the Bucks can go out on a positive note prior to the break. They sure created a loud thud last night. Instead of being 2 games under .500 and playing New Jersy tonight, we are sitting at four games under .500. On top of that it was a loss at home after two days rest from another home game, meaning they had been sleepoing in their own beds for five nights straight.

That's what I love about Phil though he doesn't overcoach teams like most other coaches he trusts them to make decisions, but without kobe in there he probably feels the need to telegraph his thoughts a little more. Dare I say it but the lakers are ALMOST better without Kobe, if Kobe becomes more selective with his shots and faramar plays more then Fisher especially against teams with fast pg's lakers will repeat fairly easily in my opinion
