U Broadcast - change default res

Is there anyway to change the output resolution in U-Broadcast? I'm also having this same problem in the Vettle broadcaster thing.

If I go to Stream Format/Output Size the only option is 320x240, and since my source is widescreen it obviously looks rubbish. In FME I've always set the input res as 720x576 & output at 400x224 for deinterlacing. However I can't find any options like that in U Broadcast.

Thanks for that, can't believe I missed the helpfile after I was looking in the dir for the presets!

After using a custom WME preset now I have the same problems that kept me away from WME with no video being shown - looks like I'm stuck with FME.

Just gave that one a whirl, it picks up the video but it doesn't have any widescreen options in the resize box.

Sad. I asked about it on the thread, there may be an answer, or a fix released soon.

Hope you can come up with something that works - I've got my fingers and toes crossed for this weekend, which will be a beauty.

try this,don't resize over your default res.,make sure fps is the same as card

The default res is 320x240 though, which is the main problem as the source I'm capturing from is widescreen. So it squishes it down into 4:3.

Found a solution for it. It just hit me from no where that the STB has seperate settings for SD/HD so I can keep it on 1080i on the TV, but have the Composite set to 4:3 with letterbox!

If only I had've remembered that about a month ago!
