It is an american news channel. Dont think it is a porper channel though just like an updated news feed from offical websites.

This is also streamed on TVAnts and Viper. I don't know why people keep contending its one of those news-only loops, it's not. I know it says "news" when you launch it. They do show news at certain times in the day just like every other network TV station in the US.

Just be sure to note that the channel is based in Las Vegas, which is US Pacific time. Keep this in mind when figuring out what it is you are trying to watch. Here is their schedule.
