I have tried and tried every option I have found to run Stream Torrent on my Macbook Pro even going so far as to attempt using it through Crossover with no success.Funny thing is , it runs fine on my old Asus Eee pc1005hab that I gave to my daughter when I got the mac.So IS there a sure way to make ST work with OS-X(Snow Leopard) or should I either A)buy a laptop of my own to compliment the Mac , B)trade with my kid,"Hey Susanna give you a mac for your netbook"(that ain't happening) , or C)buy Windows 7 and install it onto the Mac with Bootcamp.By the way, option C would require me to buy Windows 7 AND a new Snow Leopard disk as the Snow Leopard disk is needed to install drivers after the Win 7 install.I have no such Snow Leopard disk since mine came preinstalled.Any ideas?Seriously.......ANY ideas.

D)Sell the Mac on ebay & buy a PC. :) Anyhow, hopefully someone has a suggestion for Crossover. I'm pretty sure others have been able to get it working that way.

I used every trick in the book using Crossover with Linux and it was a no go... :(

Only way i got it to work was with VirtualBox (http://www.virtualbox.org/) and it also works for Macs too... :)

so for those of us that are really basic, non-techies -- no way to make this work on a Mac? Is that the bottom line?
