especially magic vs rockets and the washington wizards...

I am not one to harp on rips, as I am thankful when I get them for the games I want to see but the English rip of the Heat-Pistons is just bad quality, there is missing time throughout and the last 6 minutes are cut off.
But apparently its on LP, LPB told me no preseason games are on and I log into my LPB account and nothing is there. Unless this person is in another country and their ILP is different...

As I see you talking about LP and ILP, i was just wondering, how did you get it? because when I go to nba.com it says Early Bird Offer, get it now, but when I go to the linked page, it says LP will be available soon. And it's been that way for about two weeks now i think! Any help?

As far as I know, only NBA TV broadcast one game per day. I believe English cappers probably waitin' for regular season. League Pass etc.

I guess there's a possibility the 2 first Celtics games won't be available. If you're like me and the 2 min recaps on nba.com isn't enough I found a great alternative. It looks like the quality from the nlp releases will depend much on the quality of the line one have (speed / "latency" / etc).
So hopefully I'll be able to take full advantage of my connection, so I guess it's all a matter of putting a reasonable HD-card in the PC I'm going to use for my NBA addiction ;-)

Just get a good flv-player (flv is just a container). So it's all amout the players maturing and some of you getting reasonable graphics-cards.
The quality has nothing to do with the format when it comes to NLP. How much exactly do you expect to be able to squeeze out of 640x360.
The verdict is still out on what kind of format it will be. Most likely some x/h264 and aac squeezed inside a flv file. In the end it will be the capping tools and rapid implementation of schemes that will decide the output :)
Why wouldn't I get a LP account for the season :) The question is more likely if you'll be able to benefit from it !! :)
OH and regarding complaints you can just check the depth of your wallet my friend :)

I prefer watching the games on my TV using my BluRay-Player which is able to play divx/mp4/mkv. :-) And AFAIK no stand-alone BR-Player supports flv format. Watching the flv files on my notebook is technically no problem, but I prefer the "TV experience" ;-)

Please don't complain about Fileserve to me. It's the most popular host service with Hotfile at the moment. And allows better speeds then Hotfile for free users. Only advice I could give you is buying premium.

Old computers can't play smoothly 59.94 fps videos. All you can do is keep updating your codecs.

A new ~$70'ish + graphic card should fix the issue, it's not a matter of CPU speed or RAM only (please get it). Of course you do check this cards (the drivers) ability to handle x/h264 format :)

People, just understand that lots of people prefer download matches with size up to 1GB, becouse they don't have premium account or their internet is slow.
In my opinion you should uppload also matches in the worst quality.
I know that programmes in HD are the best, but for many people they are out of the range.
So if you uppload some match, please think about this :embarrass

My main issue isn't really the non-hd or worst quality stuff, it sucks but buying a card to support these new games will not only serve for basketball, sooner or later, you'll have to get a new graphic card anyway.
I would like for uploaders to agree on ONE sharing programm, whatever it is, we can't have a premium rapidshare account and a premium megaupload accounts and this or that so if uploaders would just agree on one programm, it would be better for everyone. I bought a rapidshare premium account last year and nothing gets uploaded anymore on rs, it all seems to be fileserve or something like that.

With regards to the above post's mention about fileservers; Whilst, as a downloader myself, I'd love their to be some sort of a consensus on a filehost choice, the fact is those who provide the service of uploading the games will each have their own preferences as to whom is the best choice for them. As they are the guys putting in the graft, they are more than entitled to upload to whichever filehost most suits their needs. For us, as downloaders, I think if their is no way to have multiple premium accounts, it is best to consider whichever seems to be the most popular. Like the poster above, I was a Rapidshare user last year as the majority of those providing HD (mostly peacemaker's rips) were using that host and for reasons I shall not go into here RS's popularity has all but died out (this is apparent all across the 'scene'). I was beginning to be set for a Fileserve account as most of the best and prolific uploaders (nbaci and omfgfcfku2, mad props to you guys) were using this service. However with YEP (props to him too!) getting the best service from filefactory (and omfgfcfku2 has posted some games in the NFL section I'm after using just FF) I may have to reconsider. Just as a heads up, fileserve is pretty awesome for free users, I get a really good speed although you have to babysit due to the anticaptcha on jd; ff isn't so great as free so perhaps ff account is the way to go.
Anyway... just my two cents!

In english for me. Actually you can chose the language in Setting/user interface/Look/Language. In Deutch it's something like this:Einstellen / Benutzeroberfläche / Aussehen / Sprache.
It works rather simply. Copy download links, go to Jdownloader, select linkgrabber tab, press right mouse click and select continue with all. Then download code shows up, you enter it and wait till the second file. Repeat.

@NBACI ... last season a couple of rules was adapted:
One of which is: you only publish your links when they're all done.
Then people can see for themselves in jDownloader that things is complete.
In the end it will save you a lot of time (believe me).
OH and don't listen to everything people nag about.

nbaci does not make the rips, he simply uploads what he can find elsewhere (and thanx a lot for this!). This particular game was ripped by peacemaker and he generally only does 720p rips (which I really appreciate).

I think it's a minor bug, but the captcha comes in the actual line of the download inside "fileserve" lines (in jDownloader). Try "right click" open in browser over the captcha you can barely see and you should get something bigger :)
Can be I was lucky when trying.

And you can bet that they will when the regular season starts
Replay Video Catcher works good, but problem is stream freezing sometimes.

Yep, what torrent-server are you talking about? SS? SB? I am registered in both sites but I didn't see that Clippers Nuggets game. I downloaded NBACI's game but the resolution was too small. Could you possibly give me a hint to see where the game is at?

No they don't pay the most, but with a premium account you have a full 2TB storage. That will not get deleted as long as you pay the fees. This way you and others can download files for a very long time.
There's people still working on the playoffs in fullHD from last season ... just for your information.
And regarding complaints about hosting it's been directed towards "/dev/null" here anyway. Show some proper alternative to filefactory
