i think i have solved the problem i was getting the same probs as most of you it kep on saying ready so this it what you do first remove wmp 11 from your computer by going to add and remove programs you have to remove both wmp components the wmp 11 and wmp format you will have to restart your computer when it says this will downgrade youre wmp to wmp 9 or 10 im not shaw once you have done that open wmp and click the help tab where it says check for updates click that update by doing this it will update the wmp back to wmp 11 resart your computer when it tells to you to restart after that on my p2p go to live tv click one of the channels now it will ask for username and password which we wernt getting put the username and password in which is on the live tv page afteer that it will start connecting it will take a while dont do anything and it might give you a message and take you to a microsoft page because you need download an upgrade so do what it says by clicking the link to upgrade once you have done that there you go it will start working. it started working for me and the other thing is that i couldent get the virging football highlights towork by doing this that also started working
