I've just moved back to NZ and my TV aerials ar both broken (why??? I don't know). Followed by the ridiculous prices Sky charges for sport (which means you need to get so many more channels - it makes it even less practical for us!).

So I discovered this... Hoorah!!!

I am a complete noob - and my first live sport experience was a loss for the Highlanders :( - much gutted!!!

I do have a few questions - and please, I have searched, but this site is huge and I can't seem to find exactly what my question is let alone the answers :)

I used a flash link to watch the highlanders match - was very good. A bit stop start but I am not complaining.

I decided to download sopcast too - is this any good? I couldn't seem to access any of the links from the rugby schedule page to add to sopcast... Not sure I needed it any way - but... I have it - is it worth it for any of these rugby links???

Secondly... Will I be asking too much for live Rugby World Cup games? Because that'll be awesome!!!

Finally - I have a PS3 - can I just copy the links and use them in PS3? Then I can watch big screen (though I wonder if quality will be a bit inhibitive).

Any ideas are really welcome... Especially while all my aerials are bung!

Thanks again!!!

might be your download speed

Its good but not everything is on sopcast as you will notice from the links page but its good to have if something does turn up

Yes the union world cup will be here in 98 days time. That is when sopcast will become very handy

Not sure dont have a ps3. But I do attach my pc to my tv to view streams.

I think it must be my download speed :(

There must be a way to buffer the flash player so it gets ahead of itself - I don't mind if my action is a few minutes delayed - is there a way to do this?

Cheers

The only thing I can think of is refreshing the page.

Refreshing doesn't do much for me unfortunately :(

It's just a slow connection - so buffering would save it.... But I can't buffer - arrrrrrrg
