Vlc streaming on veetle

hello i streaming with vlc player on veetle from my dreambox, and i got more then 1mb upload, but i stream 700kgps on start evrything looks great , but after 3 min my stream on veetle evry 5 second get some line on stream, but i dont lose sound, i dont watch my channel when i streaming, i dont touch my pc, but again same my streamin evry 5 second get lags, and i try with 500kgps but again i got same problem, some can help me with this?

and its not problem with my pc, cuz i got new pc before 30 days, ram memory 10 000, processor dual core 6.50ghz, sistem 64 windows, grafic card 2000mb and and cant make good streaming, i dont understand.

Try it with the Veetle broadcaster 1st then use the setting you use with that and try them in VLC.

I finde the problem, when i watch game on vlc, i got same lags after 3 min i got lags on vlc, so its not my conection or pc, and signal of channel is 96% maybe i need edit setings in vlc when i watch channel from dreambox? some tips?
