Make a note of sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/22508 in notepad. Close down Internet Explorer/Safari/Firefox ect anything that uses the internet. Close down torrents, MSN and Windows Media.
Then in Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) close down Sopcast "End Process" and make sure MSN and that are closed from in there.
Then open up Sopcast, Just log in as anonymous if your login doesnt work. Then open sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/22508 give it a few moments and then it will work.

Stutters a bit.. But leave it running.
