tvants picture freezes

When I try to work TVAnts the picture just freezes, there is no motion and the sound comes on and off. My computer is quite new, but I guess the problem could be with that. Anyone got any advice? Ta.

It could be that the channel itself has a too low quality , which channel are you watching?

Admin plizz help me! I too have , when I try to work Tvants the picture just freezes!
when I watch ESPN Shanghai and others on Tvants and PPStream too.... :(

but when I watc Shanghai on PPmate picture is good!
