I'm a Derby fan who lives in America now, and use this site to keep up with the games, however a lot of the time when we play a fellow small team its listed on the site but never on! (thats an 8am wake up for me ;))

It will take sometime till it get smoother..

BTW if its stuttering, you can allow more connections from 10 to 50 to improve your buffering see the FAQ on the main site...

Anybody else connected to this? Mines just stuck on that white advert screen, doesn't seem to be doing anything. Been like this for over 5 minutes now

go to channels tab --> check if it buffers, can take 1, 5 or 15 minutes...

It says clearly on the schedules that it may take some time for connecting the channel on tvants..
Takes like 12 minutes minimum, thats why it is advised to connect the channel 30mins before KO.

If its still not working you might need a proxy to play the channel check here http://golf.cautela.nl/tvants/8839-uk-users-proxy-guide-4.html

In most situation you dont need it but just in case
