The new thing is that Sohu has made p2ptv application. Otherwise, you know Sohu PXP has been around for a while. So far it was just a plugin that some sites were using and if I am not wrong UUSEE is using. I have always found sohu PXP very reliable and stable p2p tech.
As far as the application I just found it so have not checked all the channels which of course are in chinese once again:)) Hope, they have nice channel list and more upgrades will come soon.

Sohu is/was indeed on other inbuild web applications with Sina/UUSee I thought? Good to see their own platform, seems to be new so I hope they keep on developing it.

So far nothing special besides the good connection and the second channel's section where there are some sohu's special sports broadcasts.
Hope we see english menu and more channels soon!

yeah I'm also hoping for that, hard to navigate right now, I've seen some tennis and stuff but indeed: we need an English menu :)

brilliant thanks, sohu.com in chinease terms is like google in english terms i guess,especially when they got the exclusive rights for the olympics this year.:-

"In November 2005, Sohu was selected to be the Official Internet Content Service Sponsor of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Sohu will provide exclusive services to construct, operate and host the official Beijing Olympics website, www.beijing2008.com"

therefore there should be good broadcast of the olympics for this year hopefully. :D

Right. Also some other Broadcasters (& Officials i think) said to them they stop that but they ignore them and stream it on the WWW!

i think Feidian and SohuTv are the same, its uses same core binarys, only Gui skins is different and few features .
Feidian and SohuTv has the same Channels, and it uses same url code for Channels too
