I am trying to install Stream Torrent and it will not connect. I am assuming because i have not opened the ports. I followed the instructions to determine what ports to open but I do not see "Outer IPv4 UDP Ports xxxxx" line on my stream torrent statistics. I tried on 2 machines, I got the same issue. Here is what I see:

However, when I check the statistics on my PC, ST the Outer IPv4 UDP Port # is constantly changing. So I think I can port forward a range of ports, but I have no idea what ports to start and end with. Can anyone help with this?
