You may try clearing your cookies and cache. That fixes a lot of issues with sites like FileSonic and iFile. I've never used Duckload, but worth a try.

I use MeGui. I set it to resize the video to 400x224. I use billinear(soft) resize filter. I encode video to h264 at 400kbps ABR, and I set Adaptive B-Frames to "optimal". My audio is set to 64kbps...
