TV ANTS NOT WORKING I NEED HELP

I HAVE USED 2months now tv ants and 2 week ago it wonted work it just say only preparing channel nothing else any1 know what is problem?

Try uninstalling and installing TVAnts again. Try different channels.

We can't try to help you if you don't give us information about your windows version, WMP version , which channel doesn't work, ...

i have tryied reinstall and doesnt work i use wmp 10 and all channels doesnt work and i use windows xp home edition
