Shut it down and start it up again, or reinstall it.Should make it work ;)

Don't know if they're active on that but they might now it better. It can be due to a firewall blocking it , but feel free to ask there :)

:D the TVU is working absolutely fine now. Thanks for your help. I just reinstalled the second time and it works brilliantly. Thanks once again
