Buffering speed and quality

Hi,

as I am quite unexperienced using TVants, I need some help. In general everything works fine, apart from buffering speed and the quality of most of the programs. Is there any chance I could avoid this buffering process during broadcast and somehow improve quality of channels. I mean I need to wait each 5 seconds while it buffers during matches. What about some quality enhancement tricks ?

I' done that at the beginning (100), but but buffering still interrupts me all the time :(
