TVAnts and Vista

Sorry I'm not the best with computer terminology and stuff (not incompetent but no expert) and was wondering if there was something on a vista that you could do to make TVAnts work better. I have a wireless network with great signal but TVAnts usually either doesn't load or is sketchy the whole time. Any help would me much appreciated.

Don't think it has anything to do with Vista. Make sure a firewall or a router isn't blocking anything. It just needs time to load.

You also tried other stable channels from the channellist to see if those work perfect?

I don't have a fire wall blocking it for sure. Again sorry my computer knowledge isn't great especially when it comes to this stuff. By router do you mean a wireless router because I have one directly connected to a desktop and of course I get the signal to my laptop which I use. I have waited for about 2 to 3 channels in the football section to load and they haven't after 10-15 mins.

Ok I finally got a game to work although it is a little skeetchy cutting in and out aa little bit but I guess that is to be expected.

I am using Ants with Vista and am experiencing no problems. My guess might be that it's taking too long for you to Buffer the page and your closing the program before its ready to play. Try giving it about 5 minutes before closing it.
