It doesnt use a Server, Its Decentral and Serverless.
You can generate a own P2P Based VPN network.

    What you mean with:

Its possible but you must create first own P2PVPN network with your Trusted Peers/Friends, i think what you want is Tor.
    You use Tor?

I hear thats possible with P2PVPN but you need like Friends which is living in Switzerland which runs P2PVPN client.

But dont know if the traffic will be stable for watching Streams.
Possible your P2PVPN Friend in Switzerland has low Bandwidth.
Your P2PVPN user/Friend muste be have good upload speed.

If I'm not mistaken (as viewing in the settings) it requires use of a tracker, the default of which is TPB. I don't think some school/work networks will like that (let alone allow it to pass through).

And, when I load it up I get an error about not having a TAP-Win32 virtual ethernet adapter. Looks like that is a requirement...

The Tracker is be usen when changes your dynamic IP every day it find your latest.
That is usen that Friends can find you on next day again for connection.
It doesnt required but it usefull when you doesnt has a static IP.

I think you doesnt read the doc:
    P2PVPN - Documentation

you must Install TAP-Win32 from OpenVPN:
    http://openvpn.net/release/openvpn-2.0.9-install.exe

When you install OpenVPN you will only need the "TAP-Win32 Virtual Ethernet Adapter". You may deselect all other components of OpenVPN which is shown in the screenshot.
