To clarify my earlier post, the man facing away has a pair of black and white shorts on, the white part of the shorts line up with the womans(?) legs which creates the optical illusion. At least that's my best guess!

Consider this though.

Even though the officer admits to possession and stealing evidence, no charges were brought. Not much difference really, apart from the obvious.
