    Default Manchester City Thread

For those footy fans out there who remember Michael Johnson from 2 seasons ago, the Colin Bell look alike who stunned the premier league with classy performances. He has had problems recently, First being out injured for 18months, and now I have herd he has mental problems, also gambling addiction, and he is an alcoholic... I hope he can get better soon and show off his potential...

Here is a picture of him now, this is quite sad but also funny, well I thought u guys would find it amusing, I was in shock when I 1st saw him again, he looks like a fat stevie Ireland

    Default Manchester City Thread!

Hey guys, this isn't a Man City fan bragging about transfer signings, this is genuine news that will interest a lot of people.

Man City are looking into streaming all home games on the official site which the rights for are not already bought by SKY or ESPN. I don't know how this would work, whether this would be free for the club to do, but I'm guessing the club would have to pay to do this (hey its not like were short of money anyway). The new site is flash 10 enabled, to enable streaming. This could be the first club to really look into streaming games online, this would be excellent, even if there was a fee involved but I think that it will be free. The owners are extremely eager to broadcast man city to the world and increase its reputation.

The first game shown on the official site, Home - Manchester City FC, will be this coming Saturday at 2pm, Orlando Pirates vs Man City, completely free to watch, this could be just the beginning I hope.

All these players won't be able to play fullstop, their gonna have about 8 strikers that all expect to play first team...bitter team, will end up with bitter players

Can someone post that pic of city tactics in game with 10 offensive players,it was that funny

But more serious, why hit on city give them a chance, look at chelsea, money is good if you can do something with it,Hughes is an intelligent manager, they have the assets to be relevant.

Just wait and don't be bitter, rivalry is good for competition!

City i truly believe you can power out that united loose team

Streaming live pre-season games for free is a nice move by City.

Will be good to watch the new players in the friendlies and interesting to see what happens once the season proper starts...

I just prey Lescott sees sense and stays with Everton !

    Sounds like a great idea!

Cant see why other clubs haven't started doing this yet

Yep, Man City have made the biggest move in 12 months in football I have ever seen, its an excellent idea. And now a Man City thread also, thanks guys

Btw everyone saying that u will have 10 strikers when u have adebayor etc etc

But people don't realise that last season we had 10

Vassel gone, Jo out on loan and sturridge gone

And Hughes is looking to strengthen before he sells, incase he doesn't get his desired targets, but at the moment he is doing. I am 100% sure that benjani will be sold, ched evans will be sent out on loan or sold and caicedo (might) be sent out on loan, and I am hoping Bojinov stays because he could be excellent if he stays injury free...

Giving us 6 or 7 strikers for next season, assuming adebayor comes

I'm not too sure about Terry, i'd rather have lescott, but I guarantee we will sign at least 1 defender but probably 2. I think midfield and keepers department hughes wont touch (we have 5 keepers lol)

I agree, but good back up for Santa if he gets injured which is likely, some of our strikers are very injury prone, bellamy, santa cruz etc...

But u know what Wenger will just play Bendtner more cause he loves him for some reason, good luck with that

Bendtner is an excellent player, with an excellent work rate unlike Lazybayor
