    Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'http://127.0.0.1:15900/3.asf'. Check the log for details.

i also tried the same without http:// , without 3.asf but nothing works

    anyone know what's wrong?

apparently it only works for the first stream in the list so ..../1.asf
in the streamtorrent channel window, right click the stream and select "properties." then switch to the "details" tab. here you will find a line that says, "Local ID," with a number after it.

make sure the stream is running and locked in ST. then enter this url into vlc (wmp, mpc, etc):
    mms://127.0.0.1:15900/<ID#>.asf

e.g., if the "local ID" is 4, then you enter mms://127.0.0.1:15900/4.asf

Ive followed all the instructions in this thread regarding setting up IP-TV to record off of stream torrent.

I created the m3u file, set the scheduler and it starts recording but then stops recording at 40 sec every time. I have tried multiple times and it keeps doing it. Any suggestions?

There's a big game I cant miss, so trying to record game while I am at work. \

    Thanks!

If ever a password is needed in any of my or other users uploads try myp2p, Myp2p or wiziwig.

This is the answer to my question which may help other Mac users:

    Back up all data.
Triple-click the line below to select it:

    /usr/local

Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
    Services ▹ Open
from the contextual menu.* A folder window should open. In that folder is a subfolder named "bin". Delete every file in bin that has a name beginning with "rtmp". You may be prompted for your administrator password. There's also a subfolder named "lib". From that subfolder, delete the file named "librtmp.dylib".
A suggestion: Never install any third-party software unless you know how to uninstall it. Otherwise you may create problems that are very hard to solve.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C). In the Finder, select
    Go ▹ Go to Folder...
from the menu bar, paste into the box that opens (command-V). You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.
