Hi there.

Can anyone help me iam new to Sopcast,When i download the channel loads up then only plays for 20sec or so then freezes then starts to buffer again,making it very annoying to watch anything...I have tried and read the overview can still its the same..pls help as i love the sports

Then, it could be just a channel problem or your internet speed, make sure to not use any other download or torrent programs at the same time ...
