well i can understand you, i love how they play(next year macabi will play against them in the NBL). but you know, macabi is "the team" for me, ill never forget the wins in the euro league at the early 2000 and thats the team that made me start watching basketball(like every other person in Israel - or at least most of them )

you mean the euro-basket? if so then Serbia have a hard group(and for israel even more..) Germany, Serbia, Israel and Latvia(they have some really nice players) and ofc Italy and France but they aren't that good at basketball as they are in football(soccer) so its alright

yeah they did blow it up last world cup and their mutiny became a joke - which made me very happy - but they in the last 15 years, they won 1 world cup and 1 continental one, more than powers such as Germany and Argentina have achieved in the same period

but i do understand what you said, as many (anti-french) american people in the media were delighted by that mutiny too

same thing happened with the serbian baketball team 2005 (with Jaric, Milicic Radmanovic and all the other losers) i think they even were fighting or smth like that...

but then they started their youth movement and now they are one of the best and also one of the youngest teams... the OKC (and hopefully soon the wiz ) of eurobasket

Man another basketball championship in which our team is goin to embarrass them selfs. Its a mystery why do we keep playin with those old ****ers and dont let the kids run the show. Our young team is bloody good, they are third in the world (lost in the semis againts the US) and since are national teams are a bust they need some exposure. Anyway until stuff gets sorted think i'll lay my hopes on our beloved eastern friends since their team is playing some good ball.

oh yeah the dalembert effect - nba "role player for his life" gets to the national team and wants to behave like a "superstar"
