tried with a couple of spanish proxies (on vlc, i tested on 1.1.11 and on that git version that can reads directly rtmps) and ... nada! (nothing in portuguese)
i'll try tomorrow afternoon to see if they work. maybe it's a plain ol' isp problem.

Could be that, but try a, say, UK proxy, or french.

The only problem i have is that the tv signal and image stop quite often so it is not like tvnoo that they donīt stop.

How can be solved the problem of stopping the image and signal ??. Maybe i donīt have enough internet
    connection speed ??

    I am using VLC.

    Try this perhaps?

I use VERY minimal settings and things work great for me.

-VLC Player 1.1.1 (newer versions are funky)
    -Simple TV Player
    -Windows Media Player
    -K-Lite Codec Pack
-Also be sure your windows update is 100% updated.

If this does not work for you. Disable your firewall to check if that is the problem. We can help you with that if you need it, or, Google "Disable (your brand/software) firewall."

    Good luck.
