The last file is for Windows Media player.
But you can open the file with a simple editor, and copy/paste the links into VLC.

These are some direct sources via vexcast in a simple playlist for VLC. So theres no need to go to their site.
Included are: ETV, ETV2, India TV, Raj TV, Sports, Star One, Zee Tamil, Zee Telugu, Zee TV, and Zing.
That is all I can manage to get as of now.
