Default I would like to stream games.

I have an MLB.tv account and would like to stream games in HD.

If you guys could explain to me how to do this I would gladly stream games.

What are the best programs and requirements to do so.

    I'll be waiting, thanks.

Sounds great! I know you want to get started right away, so let's get's some info from you and then there are some relevant threads to read. After which Big Mac or myself can help you through the rough patches.

Mac should be online soon... I'm headed out...

    ok....
List your PC's specs. Type, CPU, RAM, video card, (TVcard?)

and also get your connection speeds... go here, run the test, then copy and paste the results back here. We need to know what your upload and download speeds are ok?

Then here's a screen cap guide >> You can put up a Video Stream. WME Screen Capture Streaming

Once the stream is created in WME, then you need to get it into streamTorrent. This tells you how

It seems harder than it really is. Even a caveman like me can do it...

    I'm online now.

The thing to remember with mlb.tv is that it uses a lot of CPU. The only way to stream mlb.tv is screen capture....which also uses a lot of CPU. So knowing the spec of your PC is vital for us to asses the best way forward for you.

And the speed test helps us advise you on the best bitrate for your stream.

Sorry I haven't been on. I'll be here full time. I was thinking something else along the lines of Ustream or some other stream site.

Do you guys allow Ustream links?

I'll gladly stream games for everyone!

(If someone could tell me how to do it I'll do it)

Ustream and other server based streaming sites will ban you if you stream MLB games. The MLB are super-vigilant, and take legal action against the hosting site until they ban the streams.

The only way to get games streamed is on TvAnts or StreamTorrent where there is no central server that MLB can threaten. Even Sopcast and TVU get taken down.
