They could find a solution to it by using Flash P2P rtmfp protocol that way users will share bandwidth and there shouldn't be anymore stuttering.
As long as porn channels are working I don't really mind if others are down, as most of them are available on alternative streams without stuttering but in lower quality.

These channels, TVE1, TVE2, La Cuatro, La Sexta can be watching from Spain.

From abroad, you can watch for certain programs during the day, but not for 24h/24h streaming.

The streaming link is easy to catch, but it only works in Spain.

Don't think you can get the streams for La Cuatro and La Sexta.
