Graphics card info

Hi there, i am new t all this but and have only watched a few gameits great but when i watch it in full screen the picture is quite bad, the close ups of players is pretty good though.

Dose anyone think it would be a good idea to get a new graphics card or is it just the way it is?
my graphics card is a ATI mobility radeon 7500 on a dell inspiron 5100 laptop.
