I'm afraid it's the source. I have been using a different flashplayer.swf from the start. I'm still looking into it. There appears to be a media server called 'webtv' (instead of 'iphonetv'), but I can't find working URL's or file names for it either.

It looks like they activated the ?auth= requirements on rtmp now since the response when connecting is unauthorized/forbidden. They had them for a while for the rtsp and httplive (iphone) versions so it was only a matter of time before rtmp got it too.

Most likely not since it was a backdoor entry to a major Swiss provider's mobile TV service for their subscribers.

yap, they were brilliant. The easiest way to get these channels is still to use a swiss vpn to get you a swiss IP and then watch them on zattoo.It's really bad that they don't work anymore....

Some packages in some countries (e.g. the HQ channels in Switzerland or Germany) have to be paid,
and certain regions (I know of Spain and Denmark) do only have a crappy compilation of free-to-view networks.
But Zattoo is not pay-to-view per se.

but zattoo is only free in ch and de, in the other countries like uk, dk, e, f the free channels you can forget - for swiss its also wilmaa a free alternative, now with 42 channels in good quality.

Hi aduso. Theres not the best of chances. Try a swiss VPN and Zattoo, as i recommended earlier in this thread.
