Default Are Relives always available? [Could be used as test streams!]

In reading Admin's post about creating Relives, I wasn't clear about whether or not they are supposed to be ALWAYS available. If they are, they would be useful for us newbies troubleshooting connection issues. Or maybe there are channels already that are always available and I just can't tell that from the posts? Help please!

Most streams are only for live events. You can of course check software like sopcast, veetle, or flash streaming sites like ustream, freedocast etc to see if they got channels running that shows relives.

To get a good schedule, we either hope people start showing relives of important games and we can then make a good overview of it

    Default Relives

There must be a lot of others like me who live in the U.S. and like to watch rugby from Australia and N.Z. The games come on at 1:00 and 2:00 in the morning. It would seem like there should be an archive of games to watch if you miss watching them live
    Cheers
