Where can i find a step by step guide to streaming using sopcast as i would like to do a test stream some time this week. Not sure whether my upload going to be good enough been in UK but worth a go

For my test stream yesterday i followed this - Broadcast your own channel (Guide + Info) and there is STREAMING WITH VLC / H.264 (not viewing).
