just search on the official fox website then, most max channels are crappy and not live at the moment, I wont go for it but report when you find a new live channel...

I have used this software quite alot recently and in the past, i have now come to the conclusion that it is not worth the hassle, when installing make sure you have something like winxp/vista manager as the program installs DLL's and files absolutely everywhere but when uninstalling leaves them on your computer just bloating the registry and system folder.

The Software also hijacks your browser (firefox) file types, when trying to watch a video online it will try to launch MaxTV instead thus causing alot of hassle for nothing.

I have now uninstalled MaxTV and won't be tempted to try their software again as it seems to be so bugged out and they release a version almost every 2 weeks to correct their bugs.

i had problems with Max-TV, first thing was it hogs system resources, and uses alot of cpu. This caused my pc to lock up. And the channels it has are not worth the installation in my opinion. I hope they can make the newer version, if there is going to be one, a bit less cpu and system resource demanding, and i hope a few better channels are added. If this does happen i will definitely give it another go, but if not then im definitely leaving this one.

Does anyone know why maxtv is short of channels. I am trying to get France 2/3 for TDF but after working ok over weekend there is nothing now. Only a loop of petanique on F3 Provence.I sent a email to maxtv but no reply. Tried with 3 French proxies but still no dice. Any info please?

i think there was an maxtv 4 thread, but i cant find, so i post here. after 18 month - i think the project was ended - there is a new version 4.1. no much channels work, but its a recording function included.

now max-tv is relaunched 4.1.0RC 1. there are now a tv and a radio player. also a record function is integrated. if you download ectract as dmw write, you only need the setup_maxtv file. this time its only french channels aviable. for the 64 bit version im not sure, if the isnt possible or only the link is dead.
