There are some pretty significant bugfixes, so i recommend you download the latest version. I also added a semi automatic update feature as well.

I love the remote add. I wish you add a location to that. Thus you could add for many locations. As some may russian or other adds.

However I am not complaining as I love it.

This is a work in progress. Once the GUI bugs are worked out the channel bugs will come. However most that are using it are sniffing there own channels then updating it. So when you say the channels are not working. Have you downloaded the latest XML?

Graham7 has kept an excellent update going.

You know it is easy to come on and criticize what people are doing for you FREE. That was your first post and all you had was some negative comment about the work that others are doing. Personally I wish you would just stay at home or crawl back under a rock. Things that are free come with a cost. So unless you can say something nice stay home. We are aware channels go up and down. The people that provide them FREE stop broadcasting. So we must find another source.

Theres nothing I can do about it. Its a community driven app. Channels go offline when they get reported by the content owners then users find them again. They app doesn't sniff for channels its loads a database or a local xml file.

If people submit channels that already exist they will get updated, if they add a new channel then it gets added whole so there isn't a real need to download the xml.

I have been following this thread for a few weeks. This is a new thing for me. I haven't posted but have been reading and studying a lot to become knowledge enough to contribute. can someone pls post the new hbo file. It went down again. Curb starts in 30 mins. I am still confused on how to find the new ones

I am unsure where the remote upload of XML. It would be nice if you could have a box so they could select where to remote upload. My wording was not very good.

If you could add a right click to just update one channel with remote or local update would be nice.

However this has come such a long way in such a short period of time and it is really awesome.

The remote "xml" is at http://apps.ohlulz.com/rtmpplayer/list.xml for now.(Which is actually a php script that gets data from a database and makes it look like an xml file.) So people can host their own lists? Or did I misunderstand your question?

When you click submit channel it only sends that one item to the database. To do the local list it has to output the whole list of channels, or else you would have to select every channel and save them individually.
