Added a new hd file (THANKS B£ÅÇK®ÅM!) for VLC
+
a rtmp file with some backup channels

hello recently for the past month i have not been able to use vlc to watch these channels.

when it loads up vlc opens and then nothing happens. it buffers on the rtmp but no picture on vlc. anyone else experiencing the same problems?

Maybe you updated VLC(2.0.2)...? Try again with a earlier version...

thanks worked perfectly. stupid vlc.. downgraded to the only real working version of vlc... 1.11

ever since i upgraded to newer vlc's iv had numerous problems.... sound is delayed when changing the volume... over using cpu power...hidden the buffering settings... ect ect

HD channels issue: RTSP
Pot Player is working fine sometimes but most of times the video is in slow motion mode freezing every second. Do i need to change any settings . Please let me know how to configure..
which version of Pot player i should use ..kindly help me.

I'd like to know the answer to that too. I have the same problem -- on some channels I get freezing / stuttering. Question: what internet connection speed does one typically need to get these channels to work properly? Should 6mbps be fast enough? Or is it a case that these TV servers are overloaded at certain times (peak hours)? Thanks.

that's exactly it. the servers for these hd streams are, more often than not, completely overloaded. you just have to think for a second, how many people want to watch hd channels for free.

I am sick of the HTML frontend of us tv now crapping out, during American Idol. Happens every time. Does anybody know if there's a tool which converts the channels to RTMP?

LOL so when you have the raw rtmp this makes the stream better then...?

Do you not think its the same server everyone else is bogging down.

Has anyone got another stream for Fox USA? Doesn't matter if it's affiliateed. I need it as a backup, becuase USTVNOW has been very unreliable with me, and there's a show coming on that's important for me, and I'm sick of the stream being constantly been disrupted.

I have update TNT as I don't think I had the right one. All so moved some channels in the list into Alphabet order.
