No "Stereo Mix" option in Windows 7

Hi, i wish to do some screencapping streaming also, but i noticed on my desktop i have no stereo mix option, which i need to pick up the audio. Ive checked the disconnected devices/disabled devices doesn't show up.

My PC just has the onboard sound it came with, no special add on audio device.

1) Does anyone know how to fix this
2) If i can't get stereo mix to work, any other audio software i can use to pick up my desktop sound and use it.

In windows 7 stereo mix came as disabled recording device. In recording devices part of sound card there is an option (similar to this as my windows 7 is turkish) "don't show disabled devices" if you click that you will see all disabled devices... (Also there is an option for don't show unconnected devices-for line)
