WMP plays Live TV wih wrong colours and concentrates the picture in the top left hand side. Hard to explain. It does the same with some other streams. No problm using UK Live TV.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

I still get the message on UK live tv that I need to download the WMP update. Never can seem to get beyond it on various computers. XP or Vista.

    did you tried this???

STREAMS DO NOT WORK UNLESS THIS UPDATE IS CARRIED OUT

Have you carried out the recommened Microsoft Upgrade for Windows Media Player but are still getting asked to upgrade and are still unable to watch the stream?

Microsoft has issued a few updates to Windows Media Player and the update sometimes causes the Play Putton not to be come active when logging in to DRM protected streams. This is a Microsoft update and nothing sometheing we have any control or influence over. The Microsoft Knowledgebase article 919589 at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919589/en-us provides more information.

It is also worth mentioning that to install the upgrade it may be required to have genuine Microsoft authenticated version of the Windows Operating System installed on your computer.

    WORKAROUND

We suggest all users follow these steps:

    (1) Ensure Windows Media Player is closed.

    (2) Visit the Microsoft page at http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/...en/indivit.asp and press the “upgrade†button. This will download and install the first upgrade required.

    (3) Reboot your computer immediately (very important)

    (4) Once you have rebooted please visit http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/...crlupdate.html and install the second required upgrade.

    (6) Then try to login to one of our sample streams. The “play†button should now become active and you should be able to watch all streaming media ok.

If the play button does not become active then this means at least one of the upgrades is still required or has not been installed correctly. You are welcome to contact us for further assistance but it may be that you need to seek additional help from http://support.microsoft.com

    Yeah i have a question.

When I open streams with WMP and it goes to full screen it isn't widescreen format (16:9) is there a way to configure this ( a plugin etc) as VLC is blurry when I open it there. I think it looks better for some reason.

    Thanks in advance ;)

Hi everybody, thank you for allowing us to enter in communication with your technical staffs, my question is to know if there is any possiblity of watching some channels that are available on www.myp2p.com web site, thru WMP directly without bothering watching them on the web site itself.
Thank you for your reply, have a nice day.

    hello,
I am trying to watch live Tv on this site using a full screen with the media player. But after 30 seconds the media player automatically goes back to the small screen that this web site uses. So ever 30 seconds i have to get up and change it back to full screen- It is driving me crazy?
Any ideas how to keep the media player on this site to remain on full screen or any ideas how to transfer the stream from this site to VLC or microsoft media player?
    Cheers and happy new year

    Hello,

Difficult to say, isnt it a screen/desktop issue? That something resets it to your smaller screen after 30 seconds? Because so far it's the first time I hear this problem, so you're sure no processes on your pc make it a small screen again?

    nah,

Does anyone else have this problem?

Strange, as I watched BBC World Full screen also, still in full screen here. You're sure there isn't a screensaver after 30 seconds which resizes your screen again? Or any other thing that resizes the full screen? What if you try normal Mediaplayer on your pc and watch then..

yeh, sorry admin, it was a screensaver issue, but the problem was only with this site. When i use media player or VLC it was fine. It seems if, I use the media player from this web site, then I have to change my screen saver settings.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction and the time you used to help me.

    In WMP - File> Open> Network Stream

In myp2p.eu - click the link to start the stream - You will be presented with a box stating the link you are about to watch - Type this into WMP as above. The stream will then start in WMP.

You can also bookmark these links o you don't have to keep typing them in. But i'd recommend coming back to the site often, as the links sometimes die out, and are replaced with new ones!!
