Adobe flash update?

Is this one outdated and must i un-install before downloading a later version?

I'm showing version 10.3.181.34. Generally when you re-boot or power on your computer is when you see a notice for an update on your desktop if a new version is available. Or you can go to the Adobe "Get Flash Player" site & manually update. And like Java, it just updates the old version, so no need to uninstall your current version. Also, if you do the manual update, make sure you untick that McCrappie Scanner option thing if it asks you if you want to include it with your update.
