1. Install Hotspot Shield. http://hotspotshield.com/
2. Double click on the Hotspot Shield icon.
3. Wait, and you will be redirected to a Confirmation page that states you are online. Now go to http://sports.yahoo.com/nhl/hockeynight/ .
You should NOT BE seeing this on that page:

If you see this error page then continue to step 4.
4. Right click on the green shield at the bottom right corner(click the up arrow if you do not see it.)
5. Click on "Disconnect/OFF", next click "Disconnect"
6. Click "CONNECT", if stream still does not start redo step 4.

Can't help you, cause your screenshot is blurry, and on top of that I have never use Ubuntu(unless backtrack counts).

So, instead of the numeric password, I only see that text. And it doesn't change (I've visited the page for a week now). I guess IPs from some countries must be blocked. At least that would make sense.

Well, solved - for some reason I get that only with Firefox (4.0 Gecko/20100101, with Adblock on or off). With Chrome, I see the password. I guess it's one possibility, that the page just doesn't work in Firefox.

is it just me or has the freecavpn trick to view cbc.ca stopped working? tried ie, ff and chrome all of em failed to show the livestream that used to appear after the 10sec car advert, ie just closed the tab, ff said flash crashed and chrome crashed completely, shame if its gone the quality was pretty good

hmm wtf, i installed old flash 10.1 and now i can view the live stream in firefox without even connecting through VPN chrome still crashed tho O_o

I read your tutorial on changing IP so that you can get canadian IP to watch the CBC broadcast instead of horrible VS.....UGH...

I was wondering I tried this and it was really lagging.
Would this be my internet connection or the connection I am connecting too?

I also tried this on mlb.com cause I have the mlb package.
It seems to work ok with standard def, but with HD it lags and keeps
showing me the buffer thing and going in circles.

Any way I can make that better so the HD can be used or even
able to watch the CBC for the NHL finals.

I would appreciate your help Greekgunman or anyone else that can help
that is familiar with this issue?
